Ok this is what I have. I've been running an airport and flight school and we have a 1974 421B that is in great condition and was the owners personal toy. The owner is going to let me basically be partners in the company and run my own buisness once I get the thing out of debt. Which has always been a dream of mine to run my own flight school. My biggest hurtle is selling this 1974 421B so I'm putting it out to JC to try and get the word out we owe $150,000 so I would like to get that to break even however we'll consider all offers. Also if anyone knows of someone looking for a 421 on your local field here on JC I'll give them a $1000 finders fee if the plane sells. My goal is to sell it as fast as possible. Appreciate all the help we will see how well this works. It really is a beautiful airplane and someone will get it at a steal. Best of luck. Hope you also hit ASO, Controller, and TAP. That will be a hard sell, especially with that R engine time and with todays fuel prices. I'd watch out for getting financially vested in an aviation business right now. Regardless of what that business has done in the past, this industry is headed for new, unexplored territory. |

yeah thats why we got it listed so cheap. But with the fuel prices thats why its been hard to sell. It will make a good company aircraft or a personal 421 (lol I wish I could afford that) it really is a very nice 421 its just hard for big twins right now thats why I'm trying to think unconventionally and post here and offer $1000 finders fee to help it move a little faster. ~ thanks though

That is a nice looking airplane. I also commend your "outside the box" approach and finders fee. I would encourage you to peruse TAP (online subscription is very cheap) to get a feeling for the market. Where is the airplane located?

I'LL TAKE IT! Oh wait, I just broke my piggy bank and I don't have enough cash. Will you take $1.75 and an IOU? Seriously that is a beautiful plane good luck with your plans. Sounds exciting. |
