I used this for all my flight training and now that I'm really not flying around in GA too much I'd be willing to part ways... It does have the old school noise cancel device. However it uses 6AA batteries. I personally never used it as I find the headset quite comfy and quiet without. Really I have no set price. Just seeing if anyone might be interested. Send me a PM and perhaps what your range you are looking to spend.
