I'll write one for you: Pg.1 Description 4 seat twin engine aircraft with a useful load of pilot plus 0 passengers Pg.2 Takeoff Performance Requires 10,000' runway at Sea Level and non standard temperatures of -15 C. to depart. Pg.3 Range Just about to the end of the 10,000' runway
