Any reason why AC 61-65E wouldn't work for ya? Its free!

That is what I used when I was teaching. Just get just labels for your printer and toss a bunch in your flight back. Fill in the blanks and you are done with an endoresement in seconds.

Thanks Bandit and Chinook....you saved me $20. I got my CFI about a year ago and just started working full time and was a little paranoid about it, but I think that will do.

Can't go wrong with the current AC. It's the FAA words not yours so you should be set in the CYA dept..
