1959 PA 24 Comanche 250 Lycoming 0-540-A1A5 S#L-1099-40

TT: 4645 TTSMOH: 1027 TTSince Top OH: 162
All logbooks from day 1 out of the Piper Factory. ALL STC's & 337's
McCauley 3 blade STC - 678 Since New Never Damaged
Next Annual Due: 3-31-07 Next Pitot Static/ALT Encoding due: 3-31-08

Compressions last annual: 79,79,78,78,78,78/80
Found a small crack in a cylinder 2 years ago - Replaced ALL 6 cylinders with brand new Millenium's. Had the exhaust overhauled by Dawly at the same time as well as having the new style MA4-5 carburator installed.
Also had the entire landing gear wiring harness's replaced with new the first week I owned the aircraft.

60 amp alternator STC Tannis TAS100 Cylinder/Engine Pre-Heater
Webco Upper Door Latch STC Post Lighting for all instruments
Stabilator Balance weight kit - increases VNE to 227
Copper Battery Cables 20 gallon AUX tank 76 usable total gallons

Chrome Spinner Custom cowl & inlet plugs with a custom cockpit cover

New Battery New ELT Battery Almost brand new tires all the way around

6 pack instrument configuration - very clean and user friendly
KMA24 Audio Panel
PS Engineering 4 place with Audio plug in
S-TEC 50 with alt hold coupled to #1 Nav, GPS and heading bug
KLN89B IFR Certified GPS w/logbook certification (has expired database)
Garmin 295 Hardwired to Avionics Master Switch - mounted on pilot yoke

Interior Cloth and in excellent condition - super clean with no rips or tears. Headliner in same condition Rate them an 8
Exterior paint in fair/good condition(12 year old paint job) light hail damage - can only see if your within about 3 feet

If someone is looking for an extremely strong, exceptionally maintained true IFR cross country machine - PM me. She cruises at 160kts at 14 gallons per hour, or 145 knots at 10.5 gallons per hour. As I flew my family & friends in her - I spared no expenses mechanically.

I just checked them all. The drop down links seem to be working. We are going to have a new site up soon. Check back next week.

I split the flight training from Siegel Aviation, LLC. Wanted to keep the charter ops/aircraft sales seperate from the flight training.
