A&P Job in San Antonio Texas

Fast growing company based out of San Antonio is seeking to hire an A&P Mechanic to join their team of professionals.

The newly created A&P will be responsible for sharing in all routine maintenance, inspection, tracking, and administration duties of this location based out of SAT.
* Inspect and perform maintenance on engines, landing gear, pressurized sections, accessories, valves, pumps, engines, sheet metal, composite surfaces, control cables, etc.
* Perform functional tests to ensure equipment is in compliance and works properly.
* Perform all functions of aviation maintenance in order to maintain aircraft integrity and to ensure that the aircraft is safe to fly in all weather conditions.
* Assist with administrative functions such as inventory tracking/ordering, parts availability, FAA paperwork, etc.

The qualified A&P Mechanic will have at least three years of experience working on airframe and jet turbine engines (jet turbine experience is key). The chosen A&P Mechanic will be rewarded with a terrific work environment and the recognition that comes from working with a small, rapidly growing company.

Only local San Antonio candidates or professional A&P Mechanics that require very limited relocation assistance will be considered. The compensation on this position could range from $35k to $50K and depends on the years and type of experience.
