|  Radar OTS in Class C???
If radar is OTC in Class C airspace does it become a class D automatically?

When you have a whole bunch of mixed airline and general aviation traffic you =can't= see on radar coming into an airport, the first thing you want to do is have =less= control over what they do. Right? |
