|  Flight Restriction during High Pressure
91.144 States that when barometric pressure will exceed 31 inches of mercury on the route of flight that a NOTAM will be issued and must be followed. Why is this? Im trying to connect it to the "From high to low..." But am not getting anywhere... Thanks
