Default A320 Pilots -- What's your Company Procedure for Windshear?

Was a pax on an a320 last night coming into DEN that went around due to windshear (loss of 20). Just wondering what the "norm" is for the go-around? Full pwr and bring it back to the stick shaker (does an airbus even have a stick shaker)?

I thought A320s had advance warning systems to avoid wind shear. I believe after the Delta DFW crash all planes now have these systems in place.
Wouldnt it be the same procedure for all types of aircraft?
Finsup is an A320 driver, maybe he'll chime in.

TOGA and follow the FD

(does an airbus even have a stick shaker)?

Nope. If you keep pulling back it'll give you a wee bit under max AOA.

HAHA the stick shaker in an airbus would be more like holding on to a vibrator
