| Can you log sim time towards your total time? Does it make a difference if its dual received or not? The reason why I am asking is because I just put my logbook into Logbook Pro, and it is counting my sim time towards my total time, but I did not count it in my log book, so there is a 58 hour difference between the two. Thanks |

| 61.51 paragraph (h) looks like it. Someone else might know more. I think there is a cap of no more than 100 hours of your total time can be sim time if you are going for the ATP...I think. |

| Old Skool | You do not need to log it towards Total time in Logbook Pro. You can just enter a 0 in duration and the SIM time in SIM. This will remove it from duration. If you want to go one step further you can also create a seperate a/c type (e.g. B727 SIM) and still only log time in the SIM column. I personally do not log any of my sim time in my total time. If you have any question let me know. You can send me a PM or submit a help ticket at Logbook Pro's help desk Regards |
