AE tech questions

Hey guy:

I'm back in search of more help/information. This one for all you American Eagle ERJ-drivers out there. Please help me out with the following listed below. Your help is greatly appreciated.

ERJ-135/140/145 types? LR or Standard

ERJ-135/140/145 Engines? A1/3, A1/A1P???

and finally what is your SOP's when it comes to take-off/climb. In other words, what thrust rating, TO/ALT TO, etc.

The climb profile I think I read in my other post or somewhere that AE uses the 240/270/0.56M profile, but please elaborate if you will.

Thanks for all your help. I'm transferring from COEx to AE in flight sim but I don't have the technical info. for them.
