Unhappy 757 Bird Strike...

I did a quick search and did not see this on here already, which surprised me.

A UK 757 has a bird strike just after rotation. YIKES!

Dough, did y'all declare emergency at wheels up when your md90 f'd up? I don't recall ever getting the whole story.
