That is more a fast approach problem as oppose to a PIO problem.

A too fast approach speed is one of the most common problems around. Just sit and watch operations on a Saturday at your local airport and see how many land on the nose gear first.

Pilot Induced Oscilation. Basically you start a pitch movement and then try to correct for it but cannot get the timing right and you end up making the situation worse.

I caught a bunch of crap from some guys here for posting my comments...but I saw a Skywest Brasilia do that same thing a couple of years ago in KSLC.

Hahaha, I don't know why but that was hilarious. If it was a student pilot I might understand, but even then....

That really shows the importance of a stabilized approach and proper decision making.
