Default For those with an interest in aerodynamics

Here is a link to a series of films showing various fluid phenomenon. If you are interested in aerodynamics it can be rewarding to see the physics in action, rather than just as a description in a book. The films were made in 60's, so you have tolerate some dryness and non-HD quality. Real player required.

Thanks.

Also, I see that MIT puts all of their courseware online for public viewing. See www.ocw.mit.edu to check it out. They have a wide array of topics from aerodynamics to poly sci.

Towards the end of the vorticity I video, it shows the separation across the trailing edge of an airfoil and the starting vortex.

Sky Harbor (KDYT) Duluth, MN. I’ve been there a few times, and it’s one of my favorite airports for sure! This is the way it is, no flooding.
