Which is currently in effect: Stage II or Stage III noise-compliance?

Are most modern aircraft StageIII compliant nowadays or can you still fly Stage II?

All revenue airplanes weighing more than 75,000 lbs have to be compliant with Stage III noise restrictions. There is a bill that may require a Stage IV in 2010 but the FAA and Congress are looking at it for review in 2003.
