Where do I look for FAA Regs on Cabin Dividers & Egress for L1011 Mod?

A buddy of mine is looking for the regs on cabin dividers? The client who wants to put little compartments on the L1011 and close them off for privacy!

Do you know where in the FAA regs I could find out about cabin dividers and egress?

Probably a special "STC" from the FAA I suppose. A good start might be a FSDO because I'm not very aware of any FARS that apply to partitions and such.
