Default Is Anyone Home There?

Just a little FYI.....

Not sure if any employees of Skymates read the forum, but I sent an email almost two weeks ago to sales@skymates.com inquiring about the mutli-program and have not heard back. I am sure people are busy, but that seems like a long response time. I am in the beginning stages of deciding how/where to proceed with my training and was just looking for some info.

Might want to give them a call, I know that when I worked at my university's help desk and were getting a lot of e-mails per day a few always managed to slip through the cracks. I'm sure the same thing happens everywhere and that's probably where your e-mail went.

Odd. I sent an email about pricing a few weeks ago (before I went down there), and I got a response back in about four hours. I'm with John, might wanna try giving them a call.

Prolly a glitch. Dollars to donuts the email never made it. Luca and Ryan apend about 2 hours apiece per day answering all the emails, so I think it's pretty unlikely that they're just ignoring you.

Why wait two weeks to try again?
