| Lots and lots has changed since I left. And I left a month ago... Eagle/ASA/PDT all have lowered mins for Purdue grads. Rumor has it CHQ is next. 300/25.. wow. |

| Actually, Eagle was 400/50 ... CHQ will be 500 total, and multi time is unknown right now. Big Sky is accepting applications and has no published flight time minimums for Purdue. An interview a week until graduation... I never saw this coming.

| Junior Member | Word on the street is that Big Sky, Mesa, and Trans states will not have any minimums at all when they come. Plus, there's some places like Air Midwest that don't have any minimums for street people. |

| According to our COO our turnover rate for last year was 47% and we've pulled flying off line for June and July. We've also started an insentive program that pays $2,500 for getting through training and another $2,500 if you stay a year. Next thing you know we'll be like Mesa and just hire you if you promise to get your comm./inst. |
