Default Help!

Finally, I've finally gotten registered after like 5 days. I've been waiting for this day.

Ok, does anyone know what happens if someone already has their PPL arriving into Purdue. Do you have to take a refresher course, do the whole thing over again, or move straight on? I'm thinking of getting my PPL this year so I will have it when I get into college and be ahead of the gang. Do you guys think this is a good idea? Will I be loosing money this way, gaining money, or just not loosing or gaining?

Thanks

Post away! Perhaps someone reading this has the same question. Plus, you're anonymous so no harm, no foul.

Get your PPL before you come to Purdue, it'll benefit you immensely. Also, with a little luck and some AP credit, you *might* get lucky enough to graduate early, if you stay a summer. And it really all is luck, it just matters if there are any openings for the multi during the fall of the semester you're trying to skip ahead to.

However, getting your PPL and staying a summer will allow you to get your CFI during the summer of freshman year, in which case you can teach as an instructor (if you attend the intro meetings the week before the year starts) all during your sophomore year, which will be a huuuuge benefit.
