Default Any other JCers enjoying LAF this summer?

Summer, believe it or not, is the nicest time to live in LAF (I lived here last summer, I'm turning into a townie!)... It's a lot more laid back, and it's like living in a suburb (you know, in the metropolitan region of nothing)...

But the question arises, what other Purdue JCers are staying in LAF over this summer, and what are your plans... work/school/fly/all of the above?

Thanks Mike, I totally didn't know that.....

You're going to Warped this summer, yes? yes? Good.

I'll probably be in Indy that morning for a little bit, if the demand is there, then swing over to Noblesville for the show, if not we can carpool... that is, if you're man enough to go this year... You won't have any cop-out excuse like "I've got to go fail my commercial"

You guys have nothing better to do with your time than talk to each other via JC? Open the window and yell, it's much easier.

You're in the "Greatest place in the world" California and you have nothing better to do than browse JC?

Keep in mind Darren, I have a tight schedule to maintain:

Sleep until 10
Work (read: browse the internet) 11-3
Play MVP Baseball or AIRLINE 3-6
Eat 6-6:30
Browse the internet some more, watch Jeopardy (and watch the O's win) 6:30-8
Work out / Shower 8-9
Go over to Mike's and chat, otherwise play more MVP/AIRLINE 9-12
Browse the internet 12-2

Lather, rinse, repeat. It's the simple life for me out in LAF

I'll be in LAF June 15-18 for my day on campus. My day on campus is actually the 17th, but we have to fly out on the 15th because that was the only day NWA could fit us in since we are flying on free tickets and had short notice (Got bumped last time we came out).

Anything cool to do in LAF for my free day? I was thinking of either hanging out around the hotel and studying for an entrance exam or maybe checking out chicago. Any other options??

Do you like corn or soybeans? Otherwise there's not much to do... If you don't get enough touring of campus on day on campus, you can always just explore, or you could go down to the airport and hang out around the 727 and 737. Otherwise, Chicago is 2:30 drive (with traffic, closer to 3:30, if you hit it at the wrong time...)
