Default ATC sector information

Is there any published ATC sector charts for the NY class B airspace which includes information pertaining to what frequencies control which sectors of airspace? I know the TAC specifies which frequencies to contact in certain areas, but I want something more detailed. Only reason I'm asking is whenever i depart FRG with a student, they are too quick to call up ISP control reguardless of the direction of flight, only because its the freq we use in the practice areas all the time.
