Good for you man - I remember my first PPL flight - took my wife up for a short trip. Was so nervous ![]() Enjoy it - and be safe!

Note the number of planes at Solo... must've been something going on that day in Ann Arbor! Cool man, looks like a nice day, I havent flown a single in ages.

The ramp was insane yesterday!!!! CAP had a mock search and rescue missions going all weekend. UofM hospital was sponsoring something called feather flights (?) where you could go up and drop a feather for a lost loved one. Young eagles had about 4 planes doing rides. We (solo aviation) had a ton of students flying that day. I worked the morning shift from 730-3 and it was crazy! |
