| Looks like a throwover yoke. Some Beavers have those, others have a "Y" type dual yoke. If you think the yoke is odd, check out the yellow cap at the bottom of the interior pic. That's for filling the oil.

| Great pictures, thanks for sharing! Where in AK? Does the school have a website? How long did it take/how many flights/what kind of maneuvers? $2500 was in the Beavers, right? Other aircraft would be cheaper? Thanks |

| I don't mean to jump on you but... I worked for Northwest Seaplanes and we didn't do any instruction in any of our aircraft. The company is located in Renton, WA. I don't think Jim would like to get in trouble for giving instruction in a 135 international operation. That panel picture is not one of the companys aircraft. We were all N-number registered. Looking forward for the correct details.

| I'm thinking that one of these next 2 or 3 summers, I'll take the seaplane course at UND. Probably costs more than a little local place, but it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

| Old Skool | $2500 for some time in a beaver? Hell, Eliot Spitzer spent 3x that. Congrats!
