|  Flying a couple friends to Big Creek In the summer of 2007 I flew two of our good friends into Big Creek Idaho. It is next to the Frank Church Wilderness area. The strip is at 5743' MSL, 3550 ft. in length, and grass. They have a place to get breakfast. It is surrounded by 9,500 ft mountains. It is about 35 miles NE of McCall, ID. landing is non-standard as there is a hogback ridge on the left downwind side of runway 19. they recommend landing on 19 and takeoff of 01. Bob |
