Default More Conquest Photos

We are starting to agressively market the Conquest now, so this maybe the last group of photos I post of it! We are still unsure what the next airplane will be. We demoed a PC-12, it fits our mission perfectly, but is still a little on the slow side. All of the singe pilot citations are still on the list also. Anywhere, here are the photos.

A little reading material for the upcoming trip to FL

Florida bound!

After nearly five hours we're here

My fancy room, guess the TV show

Nice view

Over the "mountains" of WV

An old photo my dad got of me in our old 414

The State's new 412

That's all,

Alex.

Nice pictures!

I'm no photographer, but I do have a question. What kind of massive light do you have to have in order to match the sun's brightness for this shot? Cause the suns coming in from the right side, and the throttles are obviously lit from the left. Can't say I can think of a light that bright that could be contained in the cockpit of a Conquest!

Alex,

I have to meet you, man. I need to kick your ass for having such an awesome job. And I need to kick your ass for taking great pictures. I've tried to take pictures like yours and they're laughable.

So whenever you want an ass-kicking and then a beer on me, let me know.

Haha, if you fly into Philly much, you'll probally hear me on the radio someday. And I can't legally drink for two more years, the government doesn't think I am responsible enough yet

It is actually very simple. You set the camera's exposure level to the lowest level, this makes the outside normally exposed. The panel will be really dark, but the flash will light that up. The end result is the photo you see.

Thanks for the comments,

Alex.

Ian, are you one of those "Starcheck" whom takeoff from 35 at K? You probably heard my voice few times already. 0500, depends on trip, I might be up and running at MDT.

Hey, Citationkid, what kind of flying job do you have exactly? I see that you're 19 and in college?

Nice photos, by the way.

I guess you would call it a coporate flying job. I go to school Tues, Weds, and Thurs. The owner works around my schedule, he normally has to be at the office those days anyway, so it works out pretty well. He treats me more like a son then and employee, the benefits of this job are unbelievable. Its a good example that regionals aren't the only option for low time guys. I had about 700 hours when I started here.

That is so cool I am 16 myself. How did you end up getting the job in the first place? Your flying history is interesting,

I was teaching his grandson how to fly. His son was just getting ready to start his instrument rating in a Piper 6X with the Avidyne panel. I was the only one around with any Avidyne experience (I had about 100 hours in a different 6X) and offered to go up and teach him a little bit about the system before he did his ten day instrument rating corse. I guess they were not very happy with their old pilot and wanted to move the plane down to where I lived and offered me a part time job. The kid and grandson eventually quit flying and I went full time over the past summer. We stepped up to a Saratoga TC so his kid and I could build complex time for insurance, then a Malibu, then we got a 414A so I could build mulit time, and then finally this Conquest.

Alex.
