Nice pictures Jeff.

I had a captain you flew with (first trip off IOE, he carries one of "those" bags) deadhead AVP-CLT with us today. He said your landings were kicking butt in PHL with a good crosswind. I guess the Dash really is just like a big Champ.

It does. However, I still learning about how to land nice and smooth in stiff crosswind(36kt is max). I am wondering who was that CA? and How does my name came up?

That's an easy one:

Ethan: "who do you fly for?"
CA: "PDT"
Ethan: "really, I know someone who just got off ioe there not long ago."
CA: "Really, what was his name?"
Ethan: "adreamer"
CA: "Oh yeah, I flew with him right out of ioe, did a great job in PHL".......

Sort of like JEP said...

Went more like this though:

Me: That sucks you guys have to deadhead all the way down to CLT.
Him: Yeah, but we get to fly almost all the way back up here later to MDT.
Me: You based there?
Him: Yep.
Me: Oh, I know a guy named "adreamer" who just got based there a bit ago.
Him: Oh yeah, I know him. I flew with him on his first trip off of IOE. Blah blah.

He had really good things to say actually about you. He had some NOT so good things to say about a few other "low time" guys. So I guess you made a good impression.

Thanks. I take it as compliment. I will try to post some more photos.

However, there are more things to learn about dash 8.
