| Old Skool | Do you have to remember the V speeds for each takeoff or is it always the same? I don't see any bugs... |

Seeing as you jhave overkill on the GPS, could you maybe donate a 430 to my flight school? The GPS died in my favorite plane and they have been slow to replace it. Been borrowing someones 196 and (ugghh) actually flying VOR and IFR. | |

| V1/Vr is normally 106, V2 114. Vref is normally 101. We'll set V1/Vr on the right side, V2 on the left side. We bought the 396 before we got the 430's installed, just for the sake of having the XM weather, when we got the 430's installed we kept the 396 just for giggles. It also has a much better radar picture than the 430's do. If I was in charge of the install, we would have gotten a real FMS like a UNS-1 or a GNS Xls, since the 430's don't do airways or multiple waypoint vnav. But I'm just the switch bitch, so I sit there and shut up......lol. |

| Old Skool | Its become a common joke amongst my company that any time things don't rattle in the back, I get the credit. It all started the first time I flew a leg and had a little beginners luck. |

| The only time I fly is on empty legs, and I get to fly from the left seat. Its kind of a bummer.......... |

| On my flight back from Fargo, Wayne crossfilled both 430s and set them to the pink line page. He was like "oh its so pink and pretty." I rolled my eyes and said "information overload." Could it be that I miss the KLN89B? |

| Flying behind a citation is when I got my personal record for overtake speed. 90 knts closure, and I was in a navajo and just flying normally.

| We were climbing out one day right near MTOW, and had the anti ice on, so we were climbing at maybe 600fpm at about 180 kts. ATC gave us a turn for traffic, cause we were being overtaken by a King Air 90! That was a big embarrassing. |
