Default St. Lucia Honeymoon

A few pictures from our Honeymoon. I'll keep the links small for those who have little monitors.

This one is not of me and my wife, just another couple at the resort. I gave the couple a free print, and lets just say you *might* see this in a future Sandals brochure.

A Pirate ship we sailed on.

The wife sitting in the rain forrest. I don't know why she was tired. I mean we only got up at 5am, sailed for 6hrs and walked 2 miles!!

I'll get some up later...I have about 200 to go through and edit since my camera is not a cheap point and shoot. I actually have to go in the digital dark room and process them!

I concur, great pictures.

Though I personally find that the ones taken by the cheap point and shoot cameras need the most processing.

So you think people would "steal" all of your pictures and re-distribute them, except for the one of your wife ?

Did you fly into Hewanorra or George Charles(Castries)? Pretty good view from Sandals and that pirate ship ride of the planes on approach.

Great pictures. A family member of mine went down to Sandals in St. Lucia a few years ago and loved it. Glad to hear you had a great honeymoon!

I was waiting for someone to catch that!

Any photo that gets uploaded to my public photo galleries gets a watermark. I market wildlife and outdoor photographs to magazines, so its necessary to have a watermarking program. Most cases its the magazine editors that steal unprotected photographs.
The wife's photo is actually uploaded into a different gallery, thus no watermark!

OK, the photo nerd in me must ask, whats your equipment? I'm going to break down one day and get me a nice DSLR and a nice lens.

Nice pics, Airdale. I did my honeymoon in St. John.

Folks, the Carribean IS that beautiful. The only thing that moves fast there is your money, and there's something really nice about that.

Canon 20D and those photos were with a 28-105mm Canon lens. Its not a pro lens though, but I'm looking to expand the photography I do to cover portraits and weddings etc. , so one day when I make enough money, I need to buy a pro portrait/wide angle lens.

My Pro glass (used mainly for wildlife) is a Canon 400mm f/5.6L series lens.
