The kids had their final baseball games last night and this is what they were greeted with. We did not finish the 1st half of the first inning.

Haha, I hate when a game gets cancelled. You get all prepared and excited and then boom boom... called.

In other words though, nice pictures of some storms.

Wow, nice pics! Last time I saw clouds like the ones in your second pic was in Illinois from a storm that produced several tornadoes.

Nice pictures. Kind of funny to see how amazed you all are. That's a typical summer afternoon here in South FL.

Nah, there's a HUGE difference between Florida storms and the ones you see in the midwest. The FL ones absolutely pale in comparison. Florida's are mostly air mass storms that pop up in the afternoon, and while you can get those across the midwest, there is nothing in the world like what you'll see ahead of a fast-moving cold front in Nebraska or Kansas.

midwest storms are just fun to watch as they build.. just like the monsoons here in the southwest... very fun to watch those clouds build up lightning quick.
