You bid runs not bases. TEB and BDL are historically most junior but its really luck of the draw out of training.

Yes I kept flying straight. The majority of the "Extreme" precip was just offshore milwaukee when I was landing. Lightning was everywhere. But I actually shot the visual and had my choice of runways which I've never gotten at that time of night because there is usually a MidEx push at that time.
Oh and if you are a keen observer you'll see that this is not a Baron but a Caravan. First night I haven't had an SIC in a few months so I asked dispatch if I could grab a Van and have a little fun.

Nice pics mike. I just started 103 on monday and its been none stop action already. Today i diverted around a cell near SDF/LEX that was throwing down tornadoes and golfball hail. Then tonite, my second night on the run, they decided to cancel 2 legs so i sit in CRW for 7 hours straight...
