| Senior Member | I don't really have much to say. I have put 70 hours on our new Saratoga since picking it up in Vero last month. We are demoing a new Malibu on Friday, so it may end up being traded in with less than 100 hours on it. I had a friend killed in his Saratoga last weekend, which sucks. I also took on a few students at the college I attend. Luckily they are all very good pilots. Other than that, nothing is really knew. Any way, here are the photos. Enroute from LOU to GED after a truck convention. It was actually pretty cool, I enjoyed it. Luckily the weather stayed north of our route for the most part. Sadly, the weather that was over Baltimore played a role in the crash of the Saratoga I was talking about earlier. Sorry for the crappy quality, we were flying into the sun. ![]() Picking up the Saratoga at Piper. I guess the plane was only a few days old at this point. ![]() Waiting for a turn to ESHIW for the GPS into GED. Everything you really need to know is right infront of you. ![]() Slightly less advanced than the last two ![]() My boss (and one of my old CFIs) didn't have his hand on the throttle on downwind....so...he lost the engine...payback is a bitch! ![]() An expensive mistake! ![]() Those are really the only semi-interestings ones I have. Leave a comment if you want. Thanks, Alex.

| Old Skool | Yeah CK, your shots are always really awesome. Everytime I see FRED, it takes me back to my Dover days. I see they've wasted no time in making it a cann bird.

| Just curious but in the first pic, the altimeters are different...is this standard practice or is it something that gets set "whenever"? Never flown glass yet....

| Senior Member | Thanks for all of the comments. The camera was a Canon 400D. The glass altimeter had already been set to 29.92 as we were climb to an altitude above 18,000. The back up altimeter had not been reset yet.
