Default Kids and Towers

I may attend, depending upon a couple of things:

1) I'll probably be bringing my 7 year old son if I come. Are kids of that age allowed to tour FAA facilities such as ATC towers and/or TRACONs?

2) Are non-US citizens allowed to tour ATC facilities? (I am a Green-card holder)

I think you have to have a passport to tour..and i would think kids would be allowed but i'm not sure what age they have to be.

avi8tor would be better with those answers since he's checking on the tours for us!

I'm in similar position, being a green card holder and not a US citizen. I would not like to miss the tower/TRACON tours, so can I get the same PM? I know that for Seattle TRACON non-US citizens need to get security clearance which usually takes about a month, is it the same thing for ORD?
Oh, and I'm new on the board, so hello everyone!
