Roundtable

A few people asked about changing the roundtable from Sunday afternoon to Monday. To do it on Monday would mean doing it after 5pm. Either way it will most likely be off the strip, so we will have to help people with transportation, but were JC'r that shouldnt be a problem. Please vote for which you would prefer and let us know if you can/would make one of them.

I voted Sunday, but either would work.

I really think it should be on Monday.

We want an open, no BS forum to tell about the pros and cons of the industry and give guys flat out honest tips on what to do. Also it is important to get no BS feedback, and not worried about asking any questions.

If we have it Sunday, guys and gals are still going to be in the 'get to know' you stage. With the main event on Sunday it will give everyone an important opportunity to mingle, trade war stories, and feel more comfortable around each other. That way when everyone is at the round table, it will be like friends talking, not people you met ten minutes before.

It doesn't have to be at Allegiant on Monday. We can look to see if there is a restaurant that has a quiet back room that they would give us between the slower hours of 2-5. Everyone can order an appetizer or something lite and we can have good conversation.

The other thing to is HOW many guys/gals are going to come to this? We really should try to get a definite number.

I voted Sunday initially, but I the Mark makes a grest point about familiarity. I would change my vote to Monday as well. Good on ya Segs

that's why i'm asking about itinerary.. what are the roundtables going to be on so we can start putting up polls and getting a head count.

I'm with Mark. If you want to get the most of out these roundtable discussions, they really should be on Monday.

problem with monday is location....if you can find location, then monday it can be.

I understand the familiarity of it all, it's just that we need location and head count (to help figure out location/expense).

I think Monday would work better as well, for pretty much the same reasons Mark mentioned.

I will check with Allegiant to see if they will let us use the room on Monday, I know they have a class, so I need to see when they will complete..... If we don't use the room, not a problem....

I voted for Monday too. That way not everything is crammed into the Sunday afternoon. I am definately down for the roundtable on Monday.

ok, let's plan for the roundtables to be monday afternoon...is there anyone who wanted to attend that now can't with the move to Monday? if not, then we're going for Monday.

Times/Dates/Locations are getting too far into the 11th hour to keep deciding.
