Default Interested in splitting a Condo?

Anyone interested in splitting a condo? The thought this year is to rent a condo for the weekend that would have enough space to possibly fit a good 6, maybe 10 ppl in...There's a few condo associations that are right on the strip and with the right price, we might be able to get some fairly good rates!!

if you know your coming to NJC this year and want to try and save some $$, let me know if you'd be willing to share a condo....

I don't have any details... it's just a question.. if enough people want to split a condo, then we'd have to look for one that can fit that amount of people...

The condo would definately have multiple bedrooms cuz doug and I are getting our own room!!... but if people don't mind splitting a room, then we can fit more in...

it looks to me like there are condo's on the strip that have 3 bedrooms, bath and seem like pretty nice space! so that's why i'm asking...also seems the rates are pretty good considering they have to compete with the hotels!

Damn it. I tired of that happening.

Unless you were refering to me Matt. If that is the case you need to refer to Max.

I'd be up for that. I'm going to use the bennies to head out for free and my vacation is the same week so I'm stopping by my parents in PHX just before. And I don't snore.

ok.. we're not doing the condo thing - but ya'll sure can! it'll save you a good amount of cash over and possibly beyond splitting a hotel room!

We decided that we'd rather do a suite again that way we can maybe cater in a few pieces, bring in a keg AND we don't have to clean up the mess!

something about not having to clean just makes it better! haha

Do you have a link or a number to call about the condo? Also would it be cheaper to rent a condo or stay at the Hawthorne?

I'm up for this if another four people want to join. It will be me and my girlfriend coming. We are trying to keep it as cheap as possible this year, since we are going to Hawaii for a week in November for a wedding.

Matt..me and my sig other are down he is all about going on vacation for cheap. Please keep me informed on whats going on. I tried to get a suite last year and split the cost with several peeps and it was a hassle to say the very least. People dropped out at the last minute or switched hotels etc. So if you organize it and give me a breakdown of prices well ahead of time and the prices are good were in. I'm so not a flake so I won't leave you high and dry so if I agree you can count on it. I think thats awesome your girl is coming I would love to meet her!

I'll start looking into condos. Preferably a three-bedroom deal, because it seems that we might already have six people who I'm sure won't back out on it interested. If you also want to start looking, shoot me the links of some places you find. I think the earlier the better to get this done, and have the weight off our shoulders!

Awesome..I'd like something on the strip Kristie said that there are condos on the strip. A three bedroom sounds fine as long as I have my own room..I'd like to do some searching on my own. Any ideas how to find info on rental condos in LAS for the weekend?

Haha no not me.

My best friend is getting married on base at Pearl Harbor. Her and her husband are Naval Officers based out there, living in Waikiki. So we are going out for a week to surf over Thanksgiving. I have a feeling it will be expensive!
