 |  f*****g airplanes ... Took off out of Falcon early Saturday morning, landed at DVT to pick up a friend and his wife and I hear this noise ... My friend does too. The BRAND NEW *(&%$*(&()*$) starter (well newly overhauled as you can't acutally uy new starters anymore) we put on (and have flown less than 3 hours) has burned out and the prop gear actually ground off two of the bendix drive teeth. This = no Vegas. No Vegas = a really bummed Pilot602. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] No it's time to have a nice "chat" with the moron who overhauled this starter. |
