Who else is excited besides doug and myself?!

WE ARE GOING TO HAVE SOOOOOO MUCH FUN !!! and lots of surprises in store!!

The FINAL contact list just went out this morning. Another email with weekend itinerary wll go out later today.

any questions or if you don't get the contact list/itinerary...let me know!!!

PS. Please don't forget that the ACTUAL NJC EVENT is on Saturday at 4pm. look to the network.jetcareers.com site for date/place details.

I'm SO looking forward to a few days away from the little tyke. Love him dearly, but I haven't had a 'day off' since March!

I'm totally stoked!

Went and got some club clothes this weekend and i must say DAMN does John look good! (not that he doesnt all the time but dressed up he is one sexy guy) I can't wait till he gets that uniform [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

I couldn't agree more.

Nothing nastier than a poly/wool blend suit that's been cooped up on airplanes for 3 (or more) days, splashed through glycol, used as a pillow (when sleeping in the crew lounge), and sweated in.

Yuck. Get that thing OFF!

My blazer has about a four foot 'stink radius' -- even AFTER I have it dry cleaned!

If the EPA ever classifies type-IV deicing fluid and APU exhaust as a carcinogen (sp?), I'm so pwnt.

I can't wait for this weekend! I've decided that I'm not going to sleep while I'm there. I'm flying in from South Florida on Friday night, and I head back to Florida on Saturday night, so my entire 24 hours in Vegas will be sans sleep! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/buck.gif[/img]
(Note to self: Convince self this is possible while there).

You think airline uniforms are bad? Try some of Disney's poly uniforms. Blue flame retardant with a yellow strip down the side. Did I mention the shirts ZIP UP and have a Goodyear logo on them. Oh yeah, super thick flame retardant long pants in Florida during Aug. I was dead sexy. Sadly, I have pics if anyone really wants to see the horror.

Note: All uniforms including nametags are property of the Walt Disney World Company and should be returned upon termination of employment.

That was the cool thing about those uniforms, I came to work in street clothes, got a brand new, clean uni, changed, worked my shift, changed back into street clothes, gave them the uniform back (yep, THEY did the laundry), and repeated the next day. I do still have a stack of nametags, though. If they want them back, they can damn well come get them. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
