Seeing as I've only been in ONE (hey, I was in Vegas for 32 hours, most of which were at a softball tourny), the Luxor is pretty cool. I can't wait to check out Mandalay Bay, though.

heres the break down from my experience luxor-pretty big and quite confusing to get around, No coronas from the waitresses just watered down bud. most of the drinks they bring you when your gambling are watered down. They give away lots of free stuff . they gave me free meals free club admission free room if i wanted to stay.. (i lost a lot of money there needless to say) the dealers are a little on the nasty side IMO if you dont tip them how they want to be tipped.the night club which i think was called ra was very.... i dont know .. lame then again im used to the nyc nightclub scene.. also has 5 dollar table games overall 2 out of 5 stars Bellagio- Beautiful casino easy to navigate, Have coronas , The ventilation system leaves something to be desired if your sitting at a table with someone who is smoking the smoke just sits there. Very crowded, i waited almost an hour to get a spot on the craps table.. (well worth the wait turned 50 bucks into 700). A plethora of slot machines for those who enjoy those types of things. dealers were very very helpful especially if your looking to learn something.. i learned blackjack there and have made a killing in it almost every time i play. No 5 dollar tables mostly 15 and if your lucky youll find a 10 overall 4 out of 5 stars If you need any information on Atlantic city casinos let me know ive been to most of em... (anyone have the number for Gamblers anonymous?) JK Rabbi |

[/ QUOTE ] The Station Casino's are pretty good at getting you drinks in a timely manner. Personally, I hate the Casino, but a lot of people like them. Some of my favorites are The Bellagio for the Water Show, Caesar's Palace for the mall, Lady Luck for Black Jack, MGM, Rio and Palms for a good drunk time. I just started playing craps and holy, what a rush. I love it. I am actually in Las Vegas right now and am about to go find a $1 craps table just to waste some time. |

I should probably learn how to play craps. Blackjack, poker, and slot machines I've got down.

They'll refuse to roll if there's any bets against the shooter. |

[ QUOTE ] Barbary Coast..especially when our buddy Mike is the pit boss.. [/ QUOTE ]Ditto on that! have you told him yet that you'll be there and to get Saturday night off or Friday night off?? We'd definately love to have him join in the fun!! My other favs are MGM (altho they got rid of my favorite family feud game but the craps are good!) and Hacienda on the way out of LV in Boulder City(?)...Doug and I stayed there after we got married (on our way back home - I'd recommend it for a cheap/comfortable room) and reaped in some $$ just having fun, ever since, it's kind of a thing of ours to do on the way back to PHX.. and we usually end up winning since not many go to play there. I like to go to mandalay just for the drinks alone and to sit and watch the aquarium fish at the ocean bar...it's too expensive to play there or to eat there! |

Are there any Casino's in Vegas with $2.00 craps that aren't scary? The cheapest I've ever found is $5.00.

I like Mandalay Bay for the style and the party at Rumjungle, but the Palms seems to attract a younger (25-30), laid back crowd and has a great club on the top floor.
