Default Multi engine time building CHICAGO

I will began training for my multi next week. I would like to see if there was anyone needing to build time towards the end of the month.

its 225 wet, but there are discounts to bring it down to about 202. The problem is that it still needs to be test flown and both of us would need a checkout. There is a seminole for 199 at lumanair, which i wouldn't need a checkout in. How much time are you looking to build?

Sorry if my question was a bit misleading. I own an Apache and am thinking about offering a timebuilding program. Just trying to get real figures. Sorry.
