Default Texas area time builders?

I am from Houston but can travel around texas for a couple days of flying. I need to get 20 or so hours of instrument time so im looking for a pilot who needs to time build. I have my CFI, CFII, and MEI. Let me know if anyones in the area.

I'm a CFII that will be moving to the DFW area next month. However, I really wouldn't be able to fly on the side until January. If anybody reading this is looking for multi-time, I'd love to share some time.

I'm in Houston as well. What type of aircraft are we talking here? Twenty hours or so seems like something I can do either single (high performance or complex) or multi in order for me to possibly receive a multi add-on.

I'm in SAT also. I don't really need to build any time but if you ever want to take a cfi with you on a flight you would have normally done solo I'd be happy to oblige. Gratis, of course. Since I'm a poor cfi that may be the limit to what I could offer though.

Funny SpiraMirabilis

Frankly, I'm kinda curious what he wishes to accomplish, but because he's MEI and CFII, it's a win-win for me in either aspects. Splitting 20 hours is definitely nice for me.

Don't know what's in San Antonio, but here in Houston, we have Duchesses for $160 - $170 an hour. Splitting that time works well for me. Later, after I receive my multi-add on, I've no qualms about heading over to SAT to fly more for time building.

Are you working full time as a CFI here in town?

It's surprising, but I don't see many persons wishing to do timebuilding here on this forum. Interesting. With the weather being as nice as it is, for example, in Florida. . .one would believe there'd be more opportunities.

Well, I'm inclined to venture over to San Antonio too.

Seneca. That's a big Seminole, isn't it? Oh, for $175 an hour, I'll definitely keep that in mind. With Aviation.Miller, I was going to try to kill multiple birds with one stone. . .multi/instrument and cross country time all with one person.
