Default Multi Time Building in SF Bay Area/Phoenix

Looking to split time in a twin, somewhere between 10-45 hours.

I'm looking at the first week of December. Need about 40 hours, plus I'd like to pick up the MEI, which would give me about 50 total.

I'm not planning on doing any training, just time building flights.

I think so. At any rate, they book about 6 months in advance.
