Would everyone be able to meet at the Hooters in Spokane Valley on Friday?

It's a friends 21 birthday (Cam, it's Seth's birthday) who is in the flight program here at Big Bend. I thought it would be cool to combine the two since we can have underage and overage at the same get together.

Dang I wish our Seminole had it's new engine; I'd fly up there and meet you guys. I'm down in ALW so it's about a three hour drive to Spokane Valley.

What do they get for a Seminole at your school?

$175/hour. It's a 1982 Turbo Seminole with some nice avionics, but it's lacking an engine for the moment. Might be done in a few days if you guys are going to do the Hooters thing. It's only about a 40 minute flight to Felts from here.

Geeze, as soon as I get out of town all the fun begins!

Forget taking the Seminole, just get some kid who needs XC time to fly up there with you in a 152. Hahaha...Brooke said she needed 3 more hours of XC time, you should get her to go along.

I will be out of town this weekend for the most redneck thing I can possibly think of. I've been going to school here since summer of 2003 and hearing about a combine demolition derby the whole time. It's on Saturday and I simply must go. One of those now or never things. Let the jokes ensue...

Yeah after being in Moses Lake for three years also I've heard that is an interesting thing to go see. I still haven't seen one myself, but every time I picture one in my head I just think of playing GTA:SA and running people down with the combine.

Well late word from here is us Moses Lake guys will not be able to make it.

We are so short of instructors that we are all running into our 8 hour limits. Now we have to fly some students on friday (we are a mon-thur college) So tomorrow I will be flying up to the boarder with a student and won't be back until about 6 o'clock which wouldn't work well to try to drive to Spokane.

I hate when this happens. But by all means have a meet without us and we will try to make it over there at a later time.

Okay. Since this was your idea, I'm cool with just putting it off until the tumbleweed tech folks can make it. Just give a shout when you want to try it again.

I may be able to set up a UPS 767 tour in a couple of weeks on Friday afternoon, the 12th. I'd have to depart GEG with the airplane at 6pm, but could be back at Hooters by 930pm, if everything goes well.
