| DFW CFI Study I am just getting ready to start my CFI training and was wondering if there is anyone on here in the DFW area currently training to become a CFI. Might be nice to meet up for some of those ole' timey college study sessions... with a beer afterwards of course. |

| Re: DFW CFI Study Brother you have yourself a deal. I should start training there next week if the VA paperwork comes through like Deanne (sp) said. I just downloaded the "Aviation Instructor's Handbook" from the FAA. Fresh off the commercial rides, so most of that knowledge is still good.
PM me some time and we'll set up time for a drink and droppin' knowledge. |

| Re: DFW CFI Study Going to the Hooters in Arlington and saying "I'll buy the beer" is cheating, though.

| Re: DFW CFI Study What about any of those other classy establishments on Collins just South of 183? I'm not sure that would be the best studying evironment; but at least I'd have an excuse on why I didn't want to be hustled for one of them lap dance thingys. |
