| Re: Houston Multi Time Splitting Im in the clear lake area, usually fly out of la porte municipal. My training was done in a piper seminole, way overpriced in my opinion, but still a descent airplane. I would happily split time in something besides a seminole though. |

| Re: Houston Multi Time Splitting I will be ready to split some time in a Seneca in about a month. I fly out of Houston Southwest at Flight Training from Private to ATP in Houston Texas. Affordable Flight Training. They have the best multi price I could find in Houston.
BTW, we should get a Clear Lake meet and greet together. |

| Re: Houston Multi Time Splitting Sounds good man, keep me in mind, I am most definetely interested. I flew the arrow out there at dutchwings for my commercial rating. Great people, and great prices. The only thing i remember about the seneca was that the insurance mins were pretty high. Are you doing your training in it there? If so, I would guess youd be checked out in it. Werent you working on your CFI a while back? Cya
We should have a meet and greet down here. |

| Re: Houston Multi Time Splitting Definetely a good price over there at Dutchwings.
I have access to a Seminole, with the price per hour split we would pay ~110-115 per hour. I am already checked out in the airplane which means the other pilot would have NO CHECKOUT FEES. I am looking to do 50 hours. If someone wants to split, the option is there, looks like the price would be roughly the same as its offered at some of the better known time building programs. The time can be built as quickly as you want.
The plane is a 79 model seminole with a garmin 530 & auto pilot, kept in descent condition. PM me if interested.
