Yeah I got hired on as a CFI here in Winona. My girlfriend goes to Winona St. so thats how I ended up down here. I really wanted to find something up in the cities because I like the big city life but didn't have any luck. It's a pretty good school though and they are affiliated with the university so thats good. | |

Winona is a nice place. The airport has a wickedly short cross-runway though (the north/south one I believe), that heads straight towards a tree-covered hill. Had to do a go-around from that runway once, just after I got my Private - scared the crap out of me
