Default AROTC, what can I expect?

Well I'm interested in going into the Army's ROTC helicopter program at UND. So I've got a few questions as to what to expect.

What kind of work load does it add to your schedule?

What kind of physical shape should I be in?

What actually goes on in these "leadership" classes?

If you can think of anything else I should know, let me know. Also if there is already a thread on it, sorry. Thanks in advace.

As long as you can run, do some pushups and pullups you should be fine.

I was looking for something a bit more specific, but thanks anyway Jesus.
