The Air Force Fact Sheet says:

Length: C-130E/H/J: 97 feet, 9 inches (29.3 meters)
C-130J-30: 112 feet, 9 inches (34.69 meters)
Height: 38 feet, 10 inches (11. 9 meters)
Wingspan: 132 feet, 7 inches (39.7 meters)

You might find additional information of interest in the type certificate: A5SO.

And this kind of information might also be available from Lockheed as a some kind of "Facility Planning" document or "Aircraft Recovery Manual."

Edit: Ooooh, Air Force C-130s are 7 inches taller!

That's from the old joke about the guy taking the oral with the Feds and the Feds asks, "What is the wingspan of this airplane?" The guy says, "It is pretty big." The Fed asks, "How tall is the tail?" Guy replies, "You wouldn't want to fall off it.. it is kinda tall." The Fed tries one more time, "Do you know how long it is?" The guy finally says, "Not really but then I ain't plannin' on building boxes for it. I'm just gonna try and fly it."

And trying using metric in the request. It will make it seem more scientific.
