| Old Skool | Enlist, many Guard units like to hire from within. I enlisted back in 2000, and I now have a UPT slot. Just remember if you do enlist, you have a commitment to the job you enlisted for, no sitting around letting time go by. You have until age 30 with the Guard for a slot. Since you are a college graduate though, you could just go ahead and start applying for slots with units now. |

| Old Skool | Pardon the "silly question" but what does UPT stand for? I'm thinking something Pilot Training? |
