Anyone know if the military pays for this? How about overseas, such as Germany? If so, would I be able to some how teach in it at a flying club?

I looked into this a while ago, but the short answer was no. They will move your sailboat if you own one and it is your primary residence.

I did a Stateside PCS with my plane and the military paid for it, but I don't know about moving it overseas. (Japan is weight limited, so I couldn't even bring my car here.) My last CONUS PCS I had a plane and two cars. The military paid for 1 vehicle each for my wife and I: 1 car and the plane, and I drove the other car for free. Fortuantely, I was only moving 270 miles, so it was easy to make a return trip to get my second car.

. We shall see. Hmmm. Wonder if I could take off the wings and fit it as household goods if we go to Germany. It's only 1350 lbs... how much do they give a LTC?
