Damn skippy!  Most of the guys I work with are ex-Marines and there's only two of us that were Navy. One of them sent me that. It's great, I think the Navy should use it! Actually I almost joined the Army in the WOFT program, but the requirements fluctuate and it just so happend to fluctuate when I was all set to join. The recruiter tried to get me to be a UH-60 mechanic, but couldn't guarantee a flying billet. My dad would disown me if I went into the Marines, so I went to the Navy recruiter he said I qulaified for the Naval Aircrewman program and could get a guaranteed aircrew billet. I signed up! |

That was damn funny CHINOOK :-) H46...did you mean former marines? I've been told on many occasions that there's no such thing as an ex-marine. <LLoyd voice> I'm no ex-marine foo.....once a marine, always a marine --just funnin' LLoyd. According to the recruiting ad, you got the better end of the deal by going Navy. <snicker> Pac Man |
