I guess I am the "resident" Warrant ... How may I help ya buddy? I would recommend you look at the Warrant Officer Career Centers Web Page at http://usawocc.army.mil, it will lead you in the right direction. Also contact recent WOC's as it has been 15yrs for me and I'm sure some things have changed. Jim

| I was just trying to get as much info as possible before i submitted my packet as i want to make myself as competitive as possible. Im not sure if you have had any experience with the selection process further than your initial experience. I just want to say i appreciate your willingness to help. I was hoping that i could just tell you a little about what is in my packet as far as scores and just hear what you think, along with what you think is most important when it comes to the board. AFS time: 1 yr Im currently an E3 and hit my promotion with a waiver just after the required waiverable TIG if that matters. No college as of right now AFAST 140 GT 120 ST 123 im not sure if this is pertinent but i heard it somewhere. One of my letter's of rec is from a CW5 FW pilot. I do currently have my PPL with 90 hrs I do have unlogged rotorcraft time (about 40 hrs) that i mentioned but didnt dwell on. Since i can't really prove it. Thanks is advance, Seth |
